IdolPad PLUS: Specs, Price & Features of Android 4.0 Tablet

Idolian, a California-based tablet PC manufacturer, has launched a brand new budget-friendly tablet called IdolPad PLUS. It comes with a price tag of just $98, making it the cheapest 7-inch Android Tablet existing in the market. The IdolPad PLUS is currently available for pre order on the company’s official website and it will be available on other popular online stores such as Amazon, Buy.com, and Sears very soon. In spite of being the cheapest tablet, it does provide some great specs and features. It will sport an impressive capacitive touch screen that is much more sensitive than the regular resistive touch screen and also it has a lower response time. Plus, the capacitive touch screen can transmit around 90 percent of light emitted, which offers an enhanced viewing experience to users.

The IdolPad PLUS tablet will feature the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Operating System. It will be powered by a Cortex A8 1 GHz CPU processor coupled with 512MB RAM. The 7-inch touchscreen will have a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The device will also offer 4GB of internal storage capacity along with microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 32GB. It will come pre-installed with Adobe Flash Player. Moreover, IdolPad PLUS will support Google Play Store through which the users can enjoy thousands of interesting apps. It will also incorporate some innovative features like Skype Video Chat and streaming Netflix video.
