Fujitsu has unveiled a brand new hybrid tablet named ‘Fujitsu Q702’. This new Fujitsu product is not an ordinary tablet. It will come with an optional keyboard docking station that can transform the sleek tablet into an ultra compact laptop. It is expected to get launched by the third quarter of this year 2012 with retail pricing starting at $1099. Even though this amazing 2-in-1 device will be shipped with Windows 7 Professional, it will also support the next-gen Windows 8 OS as soon as it is officially launched by the Microsoft in coming few months. In addition to full support for the Windows 8 OS, Fujitsu will incorporate several innovative features and technologies into this tablet cum laptop device. The Fujitsu Q702 will have an impressive 11.6-inch LCD multi-touch display for pen or touch input along with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. Fujitsu will also add Gorilla Glass coating to the screen which will improve the brightness up to 400 nits. Under the hood, the hybrid tablet will have the latest 3rd Generation Intel Core i3 or i5 processor. Plus, the powerful processor will be supported by 4GB of DDR 3 memory and an SSD with storage space of up to 64 GB or 128 GB. Few business friendly features like Intel Anti-Theft technology, biometric fingerprint sensor, TPM, Computrace support, and built-in LTE & WWAN connectivity, indeed make the Fujitsu Q702 a perfect device for business professionals. The new Stylistic Q702 tablet will have a USB 2.0 port, USB 3.0 port, SD/SDHC expansion ports, HDMI ports, etc. as connectivity options. There will be a rear facing and a front facing webcam with dual microphones to support video conferencing or chat.
