$8.1 million Luxury iPad 2

British-born luxury gadget guru Stuart Hughes created the world’s most expensive iPad, dubbed as the "Gold History Edition." Hughes has the game on lock when it comes to bizarre and superfluous products as you will be shocked by hearing the price of this latest Luxury iPad 2. The newest member of the Apple gadget-family is fully prepared with most precious items like Dinosaur bones, gold, diamonds, etc. and comes with the price tag of $8.1 million (5 million British pounds).

This iPad 2 is limited to only two units and weighs 2,000 grams. The back of the innovative ‘blinged’ out tablet has 53 12.5-carat flawless diamonds placed in the Apple logo and wholly clad in 24-carat gold. Hughes allegedly used nearly 2 kilograms of gold so as to form the two-of-a-kind tablets. The craziest thing regarding the gadget is its frame as it has been prepared from extremely rare 75-million-year-old Ammolite stone and Tyrannosaurus Rex dinosaur bone dating back 65 million years, to shave into the Ammolite. How the designer was able to acquire the bones or what cost he paid for it is not been known until now.

Earlier also Hughes had made headlines while he launched the world’s most costly iphone4: the Diamond Rose, which consists of above 500 diamonds and sold for $8 million. As per the designer’s website, the company he has begun with his wife Katherine also enhances various gadgets with their luxury techniques like TVs, laptops, cars and yachts.
