Rosters of McDonald's All American 2011 Released

On 10th February, McDonald's released rosters of McDonald’s All American 2011. The rosters for 10th annual McDonald's All American Girls Game and 34th annual Boys Game are released in McDonald's annual selection show on ESPNU. The most excellent and highly-recruited high school boys and girls graduating in 2011 are featured in the rosters of the game. The games will be played on Wednesday 30th March at the United Center in Chicago (Ill.)

Committee of basketball experts has chosen 48 players this year from around 2,000 nominees. No. 1 prospect of consensus Austin Rivers is included in the boys team. Anthony Davis, Wayne Blackshear and Branden Dawson are included in the Chicagoland Boys selection. The girls team have excellent East and West rosters. The both teams of McDonald’s All American 2011 are laden with talent. Douglas Freeland said, "On March 30th, fans at Chicago's United Center will witness the start of the next era of basketball greatness."

The McDonald's All American Game has showcased the best high school student-athletes from 1978. To experience first-hand how the Games impact the local community, each athlete who takes part in the McDonald's All American Games will go to the host city's local Ronald McDonald House. The girls game will tip off at 6:30 p.m. CT while the boys game will tip off at 9:00 p.m. CT. On ESPNU the both games will be broadcasted live.
