Manny Pacquiao recently failed to negotiate a fight against the former Pound for Pound king Floyd Mayweather because of the random blood testing that the Mayweather camp wanted both fighters to take. Pacquiao was keen to accept the said test but should not be 12 days before the fight because it might weaken him, and Mayweather’s Camp didn’t accept those excuses, thus it paves way to Joshua Clottey. |
