What yad'étonnant with House N Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto is the lack of boundaries between inside and out, and sky roof, walls and windows, nature and culture ... Yet this cube in both open and closed is incredibly easy. This house is composed of a habitable volume embedded in a larger volume that serves as a garden pergola. The larger volume is subtracted from asymmetrically, creating a range of geometric frameworks, such as tables of the city and outside. Photographs by Iwan Baan / Via Popflower. |
