
Cristie Kerr held off several challenges while completing her final round Monday for a one-stroke victory at the LPGA's State Farm Classic in Illinois. Tournament play was delayed Saturday and Sunday by rains and Kerr was among 29 golfers who finished her fourth round Monday. Kerr's final round of 3-under-par 69 gave her a 72-hole total of 22-under 266, just better than Anna Nordqvist and Choi No-yeon, who tied for second at 267. Shanshan Fang and Park Hee-young tied for fourth at 20-under 268. |
