NFL stands for National football league. Now Playoff schedule 2009-2010 is available on internet. The NFL playoff first round will start on 3rd and 4th January 2010. On this day the first round will be played against the Sixth Seed VS the Third Seed and the Fifth Seed VS the Fourth Seed. The divisional round will be set on January 10 to 11 and super Bowl XLIV will be set on 7th February, 2010 which will be played between higher seed and lower seed.

The NFL (National Football League) is the Largest American Professional league which was created by 11 teams in 1920 as the American Professional Football Association. Recently it consists of 32 teams from U.S. It is divided in consistently into 2 conferences, American Football Conference (AFC) and National Football Conference (NFC), each conference has four divisions that have four teams each.

The regular season is of 17 week schedule, in this schedule each team has one bye week and plays sixteen games. After 17 weeks, six teams from each conference play in the NFL playoffs, a twelve-team single-elimination tournament that culminates with the championship game, known as the Super Bowl.
