Ok so how many of us started Buffalo RB Fred Jackson in week 1? How many people thought it was sensable to sit Chris Johnson? Well no matter what you thought last week it means nothing at this moment, because in fantasy football you are only as good as your current week. So I'm here again to bring you another edition of my start 'em or sit 'em segment known as "Flash and Crash", plus one sleeper and one player to start with caution.

Trent Edwards, Buffalo vs The Bucs Ok, so maybe its a quick jump on the band wagon, but Edwards was sharp last Monday night against the Patriots and now enters Tampas defense which was shredded by Dallas. You don't expect Terrell Owens to play this poorly 2 weeks in a row do you? Plus Fred Jacksons ability to run will make room to pass.
