San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawn Merriman is the latest superstar to put himself in trouble with the law. I continue to say it. Just because you dress a man up in a pro football uniform and pay him loads of money, doesn’t mean he knows what to do with it. Granted at this moment it is mostly speculation, yet it is not good news for Chargers’ fans. Word out of California is that Merriman was arrested Sunday. Merriman is accused of choking gal pal and former reality TV “star” Tila Tequila, and restraining her from leaving his home. |
