The Giants not only buried the Dallas Cowboys Monday night, they made sure there's no way they're going to get up. After giving the Cowboys an early and much-needed spark of life, the Giants rallied for an avalanche of 31 straight points to put away their division rivals, 41-35. On top of that, they knocked Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo out, possibly for the season, with a broken left clavicle late in the first half. "The way we came back tonight, to show the mental toughness, for us to be able to find our way, it does say a lot for our players," Tom Coughlin said. "I told our team, 'Tonight there were times we were as good a team as there is in the NFL.'" |
