Since 2004, International cricket council has been hosting ICC awards for the best international cricket players of the previous 12 months. ICC presents 10 different awards through this ceremony. This year, International cricket council has considered August 2, 2012 to August 25, 2013 performance of the cricketers for nomination. At present, the nominations list of the forthcoming ICC Awards has been revealed on the web and in this list Indian captain, MS Dhoni leads the nomination list.
