Ejected Video of Carlos Zambrano
Carlos Zambrano got ejected from Wednesday's game for hitting home plate Umpire at Wrigley Field. He is an extremely flammable and highly talented pitcher for the Chicago Cubs. That’s when it got actually amusing.
Nyjer Morgan tried to score when Zambrano placed a tag on him with the thrashing the Pittsburgh Pirates 2-1. The Replays show that Morgan could have been out but UMP called him safe. This Cause Zambrano detonated. He hit the Umpire which had him ejected. Zambrano, stunned at the safe call at the plate, rejected to be only in his ejection, so he threw the umpire out of the game. Zambrano ended off his run riot by turning up the Gatorade machine with a baseball bat.
Zambrano did toss very solid game, but clearly did not factor in to the decision when he was ejected with a tie game. But the Cubs then scored three runs in the bottom of the eighth and conducted on for a 5-2 victory. It was the really photo of how great the baseball umpires are at their jobs.
