rewards program
I was in the canton store and did not have my rewards card. I asked the clerk to look up. He said that he would. He began to ring up the sale. I asked if he needed my drivers licence to look up the number. He said no. He completed the transaction without looking up my number. When I asked for a THIRD time, he said he forgot! He stated that all I would need to do is call office max to add the transaction! More of a consumers time wasted for what a clerk's job is!!

purchase comment
I recently purchased a paper shredder, but had to return it because my wife said it was too heavy for her to handle. I returned it and was charged a 15% restocking fee. No where on the sales receipt is this fee mentioned. Not only has Office Max lost a customer, but within the next few weeks I will be filing complaint with the California State Attorney General's Office.

we recently purchased a chair @ oficemax.I got the extended warranty, the only problem I'm having is trying to register this product online and by phone. the salesperson was very helpful @ the officemax I visited and no long lines to wait in.

Commendation for Miranda
Miranda is an employee at the store in Clovis, NM. I went in for some copies and bookbinding. I was not sure of what I wanted, but she did not get agitated. She went overboard to help me.
