Scammed by customer service
I was falsly charged by an online vendor. When I called customer service about it, they refused to credit a late fee which was charged. I had a credit balance prior to the false charge and after the false charge was reversed, they did not credit me for the late charge on the payment.
Does it make sense to tell me I owe you money in fees, because I didn't pay you the zero dollars I owed you? WTF?
I will never do business with Flexperks again. My account will be cancelled immediately.
