Frontier Days Arlington Heights 2009 & Fireworks

Frontier Days will be start on 4th July Saturday, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. on Arlington Park Racecourse, Illinois, in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. The American Independence Day celebrations start on 1st July and running through Sunday 5th, July 2009.

Fans may buy tickets for $5 at the door or $3 in advance online. Children of 17 and under are admitted free when accompanied by an adult. The box office to purchase tickets will close at 7:30 p.m.

In Arlington Heights, Independence Day Weekend festivities include fireworks, arts and crafts, a parade, Taste of Arlington Heights, music, games, and also a carnival. Entertainment for kids and adults, Frontier Days is a free family friendly festival.

The parade will be held on Saturday, July 4th, starting at 10 am. It is called Land of Lincoln: 200 years of Pioneer Spirit. During the entire festival, music will play on festival stages with full schedule of family entertainment for kids and adults.
