My husband and I went shopping at Home Depot, store 8929,Zephryhills.We were in the line and cashier Michelle, took us over to self check out and assisted so we were able to be done in minutes. We never knew to use that machine before and she had made it so easy.Thank you Michelle, u did a great job.

We received great service from Jim in the electrical dept. at Home Depot in the Forum, Ft. Myers, Fl. He is not only knowledgeable but helped us through with needs for our project down to the light bulbs. Thanks to Jim.

I had just purchased a fifth wheel enclosed trailer from a Ut residence that promised that it was in very good condition,but traveling down the interstate the roof started coming off,about 8:30 pm on a saturday evening, i spotted a home depot store in Washinton City Ut still opened. A young man named Dallin helped me find some screws to screw the roof back on, he came out to the parking lot and helped me screw the roof back on.Dallin is a great team member to have on board at store 4412.jim riggs lake havasu,az

To Whom It May Concern: Went to Home Depot Store #0156 Cobb Pkwy, Acworth, Ga. to purchase a riding lawn mower. After waiting 15 minutes for assistance and getting none, I approached an employee and asked if someone could help us. An employee named Ben was called to assist us. He appeared to have an "attitude" problem the moment he walked up to us. We were inquiring about the lawn mower and he was so rude and NOT helpful, we were offended and left the store. We proceeded to ANOTHER Home Depot store #1777 Shiloh Road, Kennesaw Ga. Upon walking into this store employees were polite and friendly and ask if we needed help. We inquired about the riding lawn mower and an employee named Sean was called and IMMEDIATELY came to assist us. He answered every question and was extremely polite and professional. The manger, Jerry, at this store was also VERY polite and helpful. The store was clean, neat, and well stocked. This store and its employees give Home Depot an EXCELLANT reputation. But the store @ #0156 was the kind of "NO SERVICE" store that causes MANY customers to go to your competitors. We DID purchase the lawn mower from store #1777.

i was at the home depot on 610 east freeway 0n 6/02/10 to buy some materials including two blinds. I needed one of them cut down to a special size, but because i am white, the black employee of the store waited on three black customers before me. They will be damn lucky if I don't sue them.

I have always enjoyed shopping at home depot. the employees are always courteous and helpful when I have a question or need help. Prices are fair and I usually find what I want. It's truly a Toys Are Us For Adults experience.

I needed replacement parts for my stove and I hate to shop. I went to your Chandler store (85249) and was greeted by Anthony/Pro Leader and he made it a pleasurable and swift event. I also commend you on hiring an ex military person. I will be a lifetime customer.

My husband and I paid for three flooring + installation transactions at our local Home Depot, in New Minas, NS, Canada today and each of the sales slips gave us a chance to express our opinion of the service we received, at:
www.homedepot.com/opinion, with an opportunity to win a $1,000 home depot gift card. I have been trying for over an hour to complete those surveys, but unsuccessfully. The process we experienced with these purchases were so antiquated and 'not up front', it doesn't surprise me that an 'available' survey wouldn't be that easily 'available'. No surprises here! Poor service all the way!

I spent a few hours today in Home Depot, Southwest Freeway and had an enjoyable and informative experience. I had this great shopping experience because of two HD associates who went far beyond what I believe to be their job descriptions. Rosa, in the garden department, share so many tips with me concerning the garden I have been, and am still planting. I felt as though I was talking to a human "Farmers Almanac." I'd made many mistakes in my garden over the last month or so. Rosa directed me to proper items I needed to purchase and put me on the right track. I needed several large buckets and the ones I decided to use could not provide proper drainage. Rosa took my item to another department, and drilled holes needed for drainage. I was, and am still surprise and the level of service I received today. Makelia, also working in the garden department loaded everything I needed onto the shopping bed. I told Makelia I had other items on another cart near customer service, and asked where I could checkout. Makelia asked me to describe what was on the cart, and said, "Don't worry, I'll bring your other items to this side so you will not have to check out twice. Makelia brought the other items to me and stayed with me until I checked out. After checking out, Makelia, so eager to help me, gleefully loaded all of my purchases, rolled the cart to my vehicle, which was a distance away. and loaded all of my items for me. The only problem I had on my visit, was spending far more money than I originally planned. I feel good about my purchases today because it was worth it. I eager to start my new project. Kudos to Rosa and Makelia for making me a happy and satisfied customer. I shall look for you on my next visit.

I just purchased a GE Microwave Oven from this store today. I want to complement the excellent service I received from the appliance manager Tameshia Washington. She loves her job and is an excellent and knowledgable employee and gave me advice on delivery and instillation questions. I very much appreciate the professional way she assisted me.

I was assisted at Store # 6987 this afternoon in Normal IL. Two assosciates went above beyond to help me. Meghann and Alana worked together to fix a problem I was having with some blinds I had purchased. Just wanted to recognize these two for their effort and hope they are rewarded in some way.
