Way to go home ripoff.Spent six grand in 09. Was preparing to spend fourteen more in 04 -10 on home improvement .but after finding you charged sixty two dollars +thirty nine dollars for a nonexistance late fee on 479.00 I have decided not to deal with thieves Going to Lowes .when thetime comes and you get there tell Al Copone we said hello

Fantastic Customer Service

I was assisted at Store # 6987 this afternoon in Normal IL. Two assosciates went above beyond to help me. Meghann and Alana worked together to fix a problem I was having with some blinds I had purchased. Just wanted to recognize these two for their effort and hope they are rewarded in some way.
