Have you improved your system so much that I now have great difficlulty in finding my balances.

I used to be able to just enter "www.cibc.com" and I would be asked for my password, and after giving it all my accounts would be shown to me.
Now I casn't get to them whithout going through mandy "hoops", and even then sometimes I can't find them.

HELP!!!!!!
