TfL stands for Transport for London. In Greater London, it is local government body who manages the transport system. The role of the TfL is to apply the transport strategy and across the London manages the transport services. The official website of the TfL is www.tfl.gov.uk. TfL was formed in the year 2000.

TfL has launched an electronic "Journey Planner” in which you can easily plan journeys by multiple modes in and around London. You can use e-Journey Planner online and it is also available at kiosks and a few payphones throughout London.

How to Plan Journey Online?

If you want to plan for journey at TFL then you have to go its official website, you will find journey planner option at the right side you have to fill the details or in other way, click on journey planner option, which is situated in the middle and find the journey planner page, where:

  1. First you have to enter the depart area name from and arrived area name.
  2. Then enter the station and select the given option.
  3. Enter the date and time.
  4. Click on the “Search” button.
