flac codec for windows media player (WMP)

FLAC is a loss less audio format that is the audio quality is not lost unlike MP3 format but the compression ratio is little less than that of MP3 Formats though there are many converters which can convert Flac to Mp3 i dont want to do that as conversion may result in minor loss of quality and also i dont want to use other players as windows media can sync with my mobile and mp3 player so i searched for a codec and found one which pretty well does its job.

You can install the codec for windows media player from this site http://www.xiph.org/dshow/pmwiki.php which has a filters and can play OGG Vorbis, Speex, Flac and Theora, I installed and it worked fine for me.
