cannot get into my hotmail account (which I have had for years)
While travelling with my laptop from Nevada to MN on a family emergency, I was able to use a local WIFI spot to check my email for two days...on the third day, I was forbidden access for entering an incorrect password. When asked verification questions (which I have never before had to do)it was unclear which state and zipcode was needed...AK, where I bought the computer, NV, where I have been living for 6 months, or MN, where I am currently visiting family. Every time I entered a guess as to what they wanted, I was told I had tried too many times to access the account and was locked out!!!
In desperation I tried a paid tech site, which of course, wanted to send info to my hotmail address to which I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS!!!
My frustration level has just about peaked as I cannot get a human contact at MSN to look at my account and allow me to at least enter a new password.
HELP!!! Can anyone offer me a suggestion?
