Open the website Chaseonline.chase.com & login in chaseonline. If you have your own PC, You can select “Remember me” option. If you use the others compute, then don’t Use this Option. Because it's will sign in untill you sign out from your account.

mortgage payment
I have been trying all day to make my mortgage payment to Chase. I receive numerous auto prompts...etc. and now your offices are closed!!I I have been and want to be on auto pay. And yes, I have the money in this economy to pay the payment. Why is this sooo difficult. I have been and I am now told that I am not on auto pay and now you want a service charge of $20.00, another call and it is $15.00.....Is this "too big to fail bank" a real business. I am not paying another fee!!! I am the American Public, I write your (bank) paycheck.....Please call me asap at 23-303-0063 regarding my account. Cora Mae McMurry
