mortgage payment
I have been trying all day to make my mortgage payment to Chase. I receive numerous auto prompts...etc. and now your offices are closed!!I I have been and want to be on auto pay. And yes, I have the money in this economy to pay the payment. Why is this sooo difficult. I have been and I am now told that I am not on auto pay and now you want a service charge of $20.00, another call and it is $15.00.....Is this "too big to fail bank" a real business. I am not paying another fee!!! I am the American Public, I write your (bank) paycheck.....Please call me asap at 23-303-0063 regarding my account. Cora Mae McMurry
