Canada Post Priority next A.M. delivery.
Paid $31.89 to send additional info for a passport which is desperately needed(business envelope size).Address clearly printed but it has been lost.I'll get my money refunded(maybe)but letter still not found meaning at least a two week delay.Passport renewal was rejected locally (so called damage)resulting in having to use Canada Post.UPS or Fedex will be my next courier

i can't believe what a joke canada post tracking is . the most recent parcel i mailed has been delivered and the one i mailed before this still has not been delivered and they cannot give me any info about it as a matter of fact they are blaming my computer for the problem i am having. i will send all my mail by DHL courier from now on at least i know it will get there . some thing wrong with canada post.

Sent a registered envelope ONE MONTH AGO.Apparently it got MISPLACED in transit.Lodged a complaint and haven't heard a damn thing about it for over a week now.They want more for postage all the time to cover the cost of rising wages for people who can't do a simple job??????????????????

What a joke this systym is.Canada Post tells me that my item arrived in the country of destination on Feb 21st. 2010,and I am still waiting for confirmation that it has been signed for. In the mean time, I have received a statement by post to say that the item was deposited in my British Bank on Mar.1st 2010.
Will I eventually be notified by e-mail as requested? I wonder

How is it that a parcel that was expressposted to HALIFAX in a clear and readable hand, ended up in DARTMOUTH and is still undelivered when it was supposed to be in HALIFAX by the 23rd of December? I would have that that the ability to read printing was a requirement of emplyment at Canda Post. I guess not!
