SISTIC Ticket Booking:
A ticket pickup service is available where tickets can be collected one day before the event date at any of authorized outlets or at specified venues one hour earlier than the event starts, for your convenience. At the time of purchase, the best available seats are allocated automatically by the same centralized seat inventory on a first come first served basis.
You can book tickets anytime, anywhere by three ways such as by Hotline, by internet, by authorized agents.
The staff of SISTIC Hotline service is professionally trained to advise and handle all customers’ inquiries. In 2004, the call center staff has won the gold and silver awards for the call center professional award. In 2005 and 2006, the staff was recipient of SPRING Singapore’s Excellent service Award. SISTIC has appointed over 25 Authorized agents in convenient locations island wide including 3 in Malaysia and 1 in Indonesia to serve the customers. In addition, the number of authorized agent is still increasing.
With Ticket Protector, customers can insure their ticket purchase against unexpected situations. If you fall ill on the day of your favorite band's concert or are sent on an unexpected business trip on the week of a big musical event then your purchase is covered. By using SISTIC's ticket protector service you will get a full refund of the unused ticket value and booking fee (excluding handling fee). For a service fee of $5.00 per ticket, only tickets for reserved seating can be replaced. Lost / Stolen General Admission (GA), tickets cannot be replaced.
Please note that for online and hotline booking, only credit card is accepted. You will be able to pay by cash, credit card and NETS for bookings through Authorized Agents. If mode of payment is mentioned once, then they are unable to accept other payment modes.
On the admission rules for the show, this is dependent that ticket purchase is necessary or not for a child. Unless specifically stated, infants in arms or children without tickets will not be admitted. On the event page, admission rules are located.
