Activating my credit card
I did call and I had a lady I couldn't understand. All they want to do is sell more insurance for your balance. So I just hung up. I tried to activate by the internet and found the same problem.

You make it so difficult to pay on line that I just gave up. I did everything up until the point I was supposed to select some image that would appear above my password, and when I selected an image and clicked on accept, next, or whatever it said, it said it could not accept my image. I went back and selected and accepted another imates and it would not accept that one. What is up with that? I pay other credit cards on line and it is soooo much easier. I keep receiving my statements after the due date and am always charged the $39.00 late fee. I think Penny's has a scam going. It has happened 4 months in a row. I have fought to get the charges dropped. They drop them BUT it takes HOURS on the phone to accomplish it. I have used my card for the LAST time.

i keep forgetting my usr name
i have an index box filled with cards, each with usr name and passwrd for every site. the cards fall, get misplaced when not immediately refiled, etc.
i cannot possibly recall each usr name and password.
