The sweeps is Only open to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one of the fifty US or the DC who are eighteen years of age or older, and of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, as of November 8, 2010. Springer’s 20th Anniversary 20k Giveaway will begin on November 8, 2010 at 12:00:01 A.M. ET and end on November 21, 2010 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET.
