I tried to do the survey several times on several different occassions, but will not take my access code. I have tried each purchase I've made since August 2010, first time left comment. I love JCPenny everyone there has always been very friendly and I appreciate them. I used didn't shop there as much, but there customer service makes me keep coming back. Why can't I do this survey to get my coupon. I've always had employees at JcPenny be very polite and go out of their way to help me . I usually shop at the one in Charleston Town Center, but this past weekend I shopped at the one in Bridgeport at Meadow Brooke Mall and got very good customer service there as well as the Charleston Town Center

Could not put in access code. what's up with that. I purchased several swimsuits for my daughter, daughter in law, and myself on 6-6-10. while there I lost a hoop earring that I had worn for over 30 years and it meant a great deal to me. The next day I called the store to ask if it had been found. A short time later Angie gave me a call to let me know it had been found. ANGIE, CHARLES, AND DENICE at the northeast store in Hurst, Tx were great to help me with this issue. Thanks, thanks, thanks--it meant so much to me to get the earring back. Great employees.

I am a very satisfied customer, yesterday 29 May 2010 when I entered the JC Penny Store at 5335 W Loop 1604 N, San Antonio, Ms Laura Aikens came to my aid not only providing assistance, she also took the time and checked the Line for me in Order to Purchase a Bed-Frame, Mattress and Boxsprings. Eventho she informed me, that this Store was not selling Furniture items, I explained that we are new in the area thru the Military, she made sure and took the time that I will be receiving what I came for... Laura is an inspiration on Customer Care and I have been thru many Country including thru out the USA. Thank you again Laura, I can only hope that you get an aknowledgment for your effort...

My comment is no different than the many above -must be 50 to 100 people/ ex-customers trying to tell you that your survey is trash and who wrote it in jpeg is not allowing any one to answer survey. Fire that person for damage control. Try again when you have a tested survey that is people friendly. My opinion like theirs doesn't mean any thing to you, but I had a problem that you won't solve and I will solve by not going to JCP again!!

My access code will not work so I wanted to just give feedback for a wonderful experience at store #2955-3 with Amy. She was so personable and took the time to ask just the right questions to get to know my kids in 5 min. before taking their pictures. The photo she took of my son is my favorite shot of him. She captured a look that not many get a chance to see but me(his mom). My daughter brought five American girl dolls with her and she set them in the picture so cute and was so patient with her.
