Have you any recent shopping experience from any Lowe’s Home Improvement store? Lowe invites their customers into its ongoing survey sweepstakes at www.lowes.iwrsurvey.com in order to know about their customers’ shopping experience. Once you complete the Lowe's customer satisfaction survey, you will receive one entry into a quarterly sweepstakes for a chance to win a Lowe’s gift card worth $5,000.

Just for legal residents of the United States and Washington D.C. (not including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam) and Canada (exclusive of the Provence of Quebec), Lowe has- released customer satisfaction survey. At entry time, entrant’s age must be at least 18 years. Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse Customer Satisfaction survey sweepstakes starts on or about Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 12:01am ET (Eastern Time) and concludes on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 11:59 pm ET. But the entire entry period is spilt into four following quarterly periods:

• 1st Quarter: February 1st, 2011 - April 30th 2011
• 2nd Quarter: May 1st 2011 - July 26th 2011
• 3rd Quarter: July 27th 2011 - October 26th 2011
• 4th Quarter: October 27th 2011 - January 1st 2012

Using one of following alternative ways, you can enter into the sweepstakes.

1) If you have made purchase recently from any Lowe store and cash register receipt on hand, then visit http://lowes.iwrsurvey.com and complete a customer satisfaction survey online by providing all required information from your purchase receipt. The survey will take just 10 minutes. When you complete online survey, you will receive one direct entry into the quarterly sweepstakes.

2) Without any purchase, you can also receive entry into the sweepstakes by using free alternate way of entry. In this way, you have to send mail with a legibly hand written information including your complete name, street address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, age and email address on a postcard to: Lowe’s Sweepstakes, 638 North US 1, Box 160, Tequesta, FL 33469.

One entry is restricted per week per quarterly entry period per email or household address. After ending of the each quarterly entry period, winner will be selected randomly from all received eligible entries by the administrator.

As quarterly grand prize, one $5,000 USD Lowe’s Gift Card will be awarded to each winner. The winning Lowe’s Gift Card can be accepted to redeem at all Lowe’s retail stores in the United States and Canada.
