
Well it's not much of a Christmas when your gift is broken. :( Call 1 on Saturday to the 24 hr customer support informed me I need to talk to Tech Support and they are only in 8-5 EST Monday - Friday. I explain that can't work so they tell me I will get a call that day. NOPE! Sunday I call Customer Service they tell me that Tech Support will call me after 6 pm CST Monday. NOPE no call. I call Tuesday and Customer Service says that they called me and the notes say they left a message. I inform her that I don't have an answering machine so there is no way the left a message and that the cell phone and the caller id on the land line show no calls. They promse to call me that night. Oh they did but not when I was home, exactly when I told them not to call. So I was home on Wednesday and called them, FINALLY got someone on the phone who understood all of the troubleshooting I had done and agreed that the machine need replaced. It's now Saturday and it still hasn't shipped. Customer Service is there 24/7 but Tech Support is not and they are who you need when something is broken. That really sucks. But I will update with my actual thoughts on the machine once it gets here. |
