i got 3 movies a week, last week 1 out of three was a spanish one...what the heck? i made a note inside the packet on the return envelope to PLEASE replace this with another movie.till now they did not send me the movie i requested. lina overland

cannot connect if when it does connect , will go off ever ten minutes or so some times it goes off and cannot reconnect at all like todaycannot connect. fix the problem or will cancell. wirless box gree like on.some times the internet goes down. when it does the lite is red. can u help

I have tried and tried this morning to view my queue, but I keep being asked for my password. When I put that in, it tells me it is wrong, but I have no way to enter a new password, except to start a new membership, which I will not do, since I am already a member.
