Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank has released the application form for the recruitment for the Officers and Office Assistant. Appropriate candidates can apply for the above posts by prescribed application form before the last date of receipt of the applications form. 

Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank has been found on 12th September 2005. It fulfills the banking needs of rural and tribal area of Gujarat. It contains 132 branches in south. Gujarat and including the AMC with company for branches hardware e.g. desktop, printer. Many branches have protest about hardware and other matters. They request the branches to look in to the matter personally.

The examination will be taken place this year on the base of the syllabus that is mentioned in the notification issued by the Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank (BGGB). The selection procedure will be depend on the written test and interview.

For the Officer (Scale-I)
Total Vacancies: 20
Salary Pay Scale: Rs. 14500- 25700.

For the Office Assistant (Multipurpose) Clerical Cadre
Total Vacancies: 73
Salary Pay Scale: Rs. 7200 -19300

Important dates:

Last date for receipt of application: 10-12-2010.
Date of written test for the Post of Officer Scale I: 20-02-2011.
Date of Written Test for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 27-02-2011

Application fee:

For the OBC or general category, Rs 200+50 postage (50/- for SC-ST-PWD-EXS) should be paid by a single Demand Draft or the Bankers Cheque issued by Bank of Baroda or Scheduled Commercial Bank for each post individually.

Age limit:

The candidates, having age between 18 to 26 years can be applied for the post. The candidates must have completed 18 years as on 01-09-2010. Age relaxation is given as per rules.

Educational qualification:

The candidates, who have finished the graduation in any discipline from recognized university, can apply for this bank. Preference shall be given to candidates who have knowledge about  computer literate in MS DOS, MS WORD, EXCEL, NET WORKING.
