Indian portal sues Google over trademark issues

Google Sued by Indian Portal for Trademark Infringement

Consim Info, which runs the Bharatmatrimony site along with other sites has sued Google over what it considers trademark infringement. The company holds that the Google shows advertisements of its rivals, even when its website is being searched.
AN INDIAN company has sued Google over what it claims is trademark infringement as it accused the search engine giant of using it's trademark to to divert business to the competitors.
