Check your balance: You can dial *BAL# (*225#) on your phone, press the key of send, within few seconds, your balance will be delivered via text message to your phone screen, you will see your next bill's due date and your last payment posted.

Check your minutes: You can dial *MIN# (*646#) on your phone then press the Send key, within seconds, the minutes remaining are delivered via text message to your phone screen, minutes will be broken down by type.

Check your remaining data usage: Type *DATA# (*3282#) on your phone and press the Send key, within seconds, a breakdown of your remaining data usage will be delivered via text message to your phone screen. The remaining data usage will be broken down by type.

Check your upgrade eligibility: Type *NEW# (*639#) on your phone and press the Send key, within seconds, your upgrade eligibility is delivered by text message to your phone screen.

How to do Cingular online Bill payment:

You can view your bill online from the my Wireless Account home page by selecting the View Full Bill link in the Bill & Payments box. You have to registered and logged into mywireless account for getting information. For registration enter the wireless number. You can view bills from up to 16 months in the past.

In the left navigation, select the statement history link and in payment history section. A list of bill statement will be displayed starting with the most recent, for each bill payment Total Charges for Bill Period are provided.

You can see the bill summery of that bill period, Select View in the far right column. Now select view full bill and download it. You can also pay you bill by mail. Payment locations differ by zip code, find the mailing address for enter zip code.

To make payment:

Go on myWireless Account home page, select make a payment in the Bill and Payments box. Enter the amount of payment, select payment method, and click on next and after verifying the information is correct then select Submit. If you want to set up auto pay, on homepage of myWireless Account, select the get AutoPay link located in the Account Overview section. Select the payment method Checking/Savings or Credit Card, select next and accept term and condition, review your information and select Submit.
