Samsung SyncMaster P2450h is offered at a low cost of $260 but it is true that it comes along with some headache. We always suggest you to go for the SynMaster XL2370 and PX2370 offered by Samsung. It is worth paying the extra money on them. Design and features; P2450h is been given an angular design along with a glossy back finish and highlighted with a red touch. The bezel measures 0.8 inches in width at the sides. The oval shaped foot-stand measures 7.8 inches deep and 11 inches in width and it isn’t possible to adjust its height what so ever. The monitor does not have any pivot or swivel option either. The only ergonomic option available with the monitor is the 15 degree tilt on either side. From the desktop the bottom of the monitor measures 1.9 inches. The foot stand offers some wobbling and there is a huge change of knock down when the monitor is titled. Hence it is always better to keep the display at 90 degrees when not in use. Connection options include HDMI, DVI and VGA. Unlike most monitors they are located in an awkward location offering much difficulty when accessing them. The connections are very deep into the monitor that you cannot have a look from it sides. The alcove is also narrow which adds up to the difficulty. |
