Nokia sues Apple again for patent infringement

Nokia has filed yet another compliant against the Apple in the Federal District Court, Wisconsin. Nokia accuses that apple of infringing 5 of their patents with the Apple iPad 3G and Apple iPhone. Check our review on Apple iPad here.

The patents are related the technologies involved in enhanced data and speech transmission that improves miniaturization of the devices and improves the performance by configuring the design and positioning of the antenna. It helps in making devices more compact and smaller. Nokia claims these are the important factors to their success as they facilitate improved design and performance.

This is the 3rd file suit against American giant Apple. We have to watch and see what will happen next in the battle between two mobile giants.
