Nokia E55 review

Nokia unveiled E-series phones at GSMA world congress held in Barcelona. Being the world’s thinnest smart phone E55 needs to roll up its sleeves to put up a tough competition in smart phone market. Also an unconventional trait of skimming a complete QWERTY keyboard to favor hybrid keyboard seems to tilt the balance in favor of the cell phone conglomerate.

Aesthetics:

Sporting a candy-bar design form factor and a hybrid keyboard E55 appeals every age group. It is available in various trims such as black and white. The front fascia features a glossy look while the rear end features a smooth finish.
Display:
Features a 2.4 inch Thin Film Transistor display of 16 Million colors embedded with 240 x 320 pixels and a Half-QWERTY keyboard. Equipped with accelerometer sensor that enables automatic rotation of screen from portrait to landscape mode.

Connectivity:

Connectivity supports second generation GSM and third generation High Speed Downlink Packet Access and High Speed Uplink Packet Access. Supports Wi-fi, Bluetooth (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) and USB.
Camera:

Armed with a 3.2 Mega Pixel camera of 2048×1536 pixels and features enhanced fixed focus embedded with Light Emitting Flash Diode. Also equipped with Video Graphic Array video call camera. Dimensions size up to 116 x 49 x 9.9 mm and weighs 98 gms.
