Managing AutoArchive Feature in MS Outlook 2010

The AutoArchive feature is more advanced in MS Outlook 2010 than in MS Outlook 2007. In this article we will show you how to configure the AutoArchive feature in Outlook2010. Enabling the Autoarchive feature in Outlook allows you to manage your mailbox in a well organized manner and helps you to keep the Mailbox clean and tidy. Follow these simple steps to configure the Autoarchive feature in MS Outlook 2010.

1) Open the MS Outlook Application; click on the “Office” Button and then select “Outlook Options”. See Figure 1 for details.
