Facebook wrestles Privacy Issues

The largest social networking site is been under fire regarding its privacy issues. With tremendous pressure upon it, the company cannot afford not to act upon the situation. Meanwhile FTC is keenly looking on how social networking sites are user member information and there is news that it is mostly focused on Facebook. It is true that the site offers valuable consumer service but doesn’t fail to raise privacy issues either, as said by FTC spokesperson.It is possible for person even without a Facebook account to search for user photos using the tool. This tool is based on a technology that Facebook has released to developers so that 3rd party company can look into content. Those who are familiar with the issue say that the issue is been discussed to change the default settings on the site. However there are no plans to do it currently.
