Microsoft Excel 2010 Basics, Features of MS Excel 2010

If you import some Text from a Text document into the Excel Worksheet, the Text will not be properly aligned to the cells. There is feature in MS Excel 2010 that allows you to align the cells properly along with the text. Follow these simple steps to align cells in your excel worksheet.

1) Open the imported text document in the Excel Worksheet; you can observe that the cells are not properly aligned. See figure 1 for details.

2) Now select the cells or highlight the cells that you want to align in a proper manner. See Figure 2 for details.

3) Next, right click on the cells you selected and click on ‘format Cells’ option. See figure 3 for details.
