Adding Bcc (Blind carbon copy) field in MS Outlook 2010

If you are sending mails to any contact or to a group of contacts and in case if you want to keep the recipient E-mail address secret, you can use the Bcc field in Outlook while sending mails. Below are the steps that you need to follow to add the Bcc field in your Outlook.
1) Open the MS outlook Application; under the “Home Tab” click on “New E-mail” Button. See Figure 1 for details.

2) Now, in the New E-mail window that appears on the screen, go to the “Options Tab” and under the Options Tab, go to “Show Fields” Category and click on “Bcc”. See Figure 2 for details.
