Not entirely true...

Their claim of being the only wireless company to let minutes roll over is false. I use Tracfone prepaid and my minutes roll over as a rule, no need for a special plan. As a matter of fact, I prefer Tracfone because if I see I have too many minutes rolling over I can just buy fewer minutes for a month or two. Something you can't do with a contract. I'm sure a couple of other providers also provide roll-over minutes, though.
As to the claim that they have the fewest dropped calls: a recent JD Power & Associates study found that in most areas it is in fact Verizon that is the best.
