No Bake Cookie means cookies that don't need to go in the oven for baking process. Such cookies are ideal to make in warmer weather as you don't have to turn on the oven. The taste of no bake cookie is good and it is very easy to cook. Kids love to eat because of its chocolaty taste. Combination of unsweetened cocoa powder, chunky peanut butter, milk and cooking oats makes it delicious.

No bake cookie recipe

Ingredients for No bake cookie:

1 pinch salt
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
3 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter

Directions to make No bake cookie:

Take one saucepan and put butter and milk in it add cocoa and sugar. Take it over medium heat, stir it irregularly. Boil it for one minute. Eradicate it from heat and mix salt, vanilla, oats and peanut butter. Take a waxed paper. Drop it by rounded spoonfuls on the waxed paper. Now put it for at least one hour for cooling it. Now it is ready to eat, so serve it and enjoy.
