Denny's “Mac 'n cheeseburger” entirely stomps all over their previous effort both in novelty level and calorie count. Along with stepping up towards the novelty sandwich, Denny's has rolled out more insatiably cheesy menu items such as The Cheese Please Omelette, The Winner Winner Cheesy Dinner, The Cheesy Breakfast Sampler, Say Cheese Sizzlin’ Skillet, and The Big Cheese Country-Fried Steak & Eggs.

The extreme sandwich from Denny's, the Mac 'n' cheeseburger is a burger patty topped with slices of melted Cheddar cheese, macaroni and another layer of cheese, some type of tomato-based zesty "frisco" sauce on grilled two pieces of buttered-up potato bread.
