Bay Area celebrity chef Mateo Granados has developed a cult following for his 'roving modern Yucatan' style of Latin American food. Soon he will have a permanent location at a new restaurant in Healdsburg, CA, across the street from the h2hotel. He hasn't decided on the name for his restaurant yet, which is scheduled to open in late July. Granados has been a successful chef and caterer for years with no restaurant. He is known for his trademark white-jacket which he wears at Sonoma's major farmer's markets. |
