Green goddess is a salad dressig technique. Before the ranch dressing was invented, green goddess was one of the most popular salad dressings in the USA.The dressing is named for its green shade of all ingredients used. Some shopping outlets are selling bottle version of this dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives
  • 1 1/4 cups Basic Mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped anchovy fillets
  • 1/2 clove garlic, pressed

Directions:

First, take a bowl and put minced parsley, chives and Mayonnaise. Add chopped anchovy fillets, clove garlic, spread fresh lemon juice and tarragon vinegar. Taste and adjust seasonings, then transfer to container and refrigerate. Now it is ready to serve.
