In the age when everyone is going health conscious, doctors advice intake of real fruit juice. As for children, doctors insist on consumption of 100 percent fruit juice. According to the study, children 2-5 years of age who consume 100 percent fruit juice, are higher on nutrients like vitamin C, potassium, and magnesium and significantly lower intakes of added sugars.
