Katorse ruled the said timeslot and after its run, ABS-CBN launched a political drama which depicts the life of those in power, of a Philippine president. The premise and the plot is truly new. ABS-CBN has finally succeeded on building the 6PM slot for a soap opera. The timeslot was formerly occupied by Asian imports and popular game shows.
