The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) is the fantastic reality TV series and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) competition show. The Ultimate Fighter Season 10 Episode 1 was released on September 16, 2009 at 9:00 PM on Spike TV network. TUF S10E01 is entitled as “Heavyweight”. Spike TV has released this eight-minute taste of the season premiere. This is a fantastic reality show and I love this show.
