Top Chef Masters Wiinner Rick Bayless

Rick Bayless the chef of Chicago was crowned the winner of Bravo’s Top Chef Master on Wednesday, August, 19 2009. Bayless receives cash prize of $100,000, he donate it to his charity Frontera Farmer Foundation.

Three finalists were in the finale they have to pass four stages of challenges that trace back their past. A baked suckling pig and an Ahi Tuna served with an Oaxacan black mole prepared by Rick Bayless that won raves from the jury. Gail Simmons called she had eaten the best mole, while Jay Rayner proclaimed he had lost his mole virginity to Rick.

"Top Chef Masters" is the by-product to Bravo TV's "Top Chef". While the creative demonstrate lines up younger cooks struggling to achieve success in the field, the spin-off is featuring persons who have to make renowned their names at least nationally.
