Jon and Kate official announced for their divorce news on Monday, June 22 episode of "Jon & Kate plus 8". The Couple is getting divorce which they believed would be best for the kids and them. During the Episode Jon said “I don’t hate Kate, But you know I have to do what's best for me and my kids."

People Magazine is reporting “Documents to start an official split were filed at the Bucks County Courthouse in Doylestown, Penn., on Monday afternoon.”

TMZ also got wind of this “There are reports claiming Jon is planning on moving to New York to live. Sources say he is allowing for moving into Trump Place.”

The break of their relationship starts on February, when Jon was dotted with another woman and was blamed of an affair. But in his protection is concerning what really happened between him and Kate. Jon admits that he and Kate have not been communicating very well, in a separate interview. He highlights that the truth they were quarreling in front of the kids was just a bad idea, saying "If we can't be pleasant with one more then we have decided to separate".

The couple filed the official procedure at the Berks County courthouse in Reading late Monday afternoon. Kate Gosselin said she did not blame the Show for the Martial breakdown. Both feuding couples are reportedly consulting with attorneys about the split, which could have huge financial implications for the family of 10.

Their total property may be as much as $10 million based on their deal with TLC and outside book and promotions deals. The kids will stay in their Wernersville, Pa. home, and the parents will take turns staying with them.
